For clubs and leagues
One club, forty teams, one Saturday morning.
A club isn't a big team. It's a structure that changes every year — age groups roll up, sides merge, coaches leave, a division gets re-drawn in November. Most software treats that as an exception. We treat it as the normal case.
Club tools are in early access. Every item below is labelled Live or In build. We will not bill you for anything marked in build, and we'll tell you the month it lands rather than the quarter.
Structure
Teams that can move.
Promotion, relegation, a merger of two thin age groups, a division re-drawn halfway through the season. In TeamCaddy these are edits, not rebuilds.
Move a team between divisions
Drag it across. Roster, parent logins, schedule and history come with it, and the calendar feeds every parent already subscribes to keep working.
Roll a team into next season
Keep the side, change the age group, drop the leavers, add the joiners. Last season stays readable in the archive rather than being deleted.
Merge two teams
Two under-13 sides that can't field eleven each become one that can, without anyone re-collecting emergency contacts.
Add divisions whenever
Create a division after the teams exist, rename it, split it. Nothing has to be deleted to change your mind.
This is the single biggest reason we're building a club tier at all. See how the alternatives handle it.
Day to day
What a club secretary actually does on a Tuesday.
One dashboard
Which teams are short this weekend, which fixtures have no ground, which coaches haven't published a schedule. A list you can act on, not a chart.
Shared directory
One record per person for the whole club. Move a player up an age group and nobody re-types a parent's phone number.
Grounds and pitches
Venues with pitches inside them, availability windows and blackout dates, so two teams don't book the same square of grass at 9am.
Club-level messaging
Chat and announcements at club level, targeted by role or age group, with attachments. Your committee is a group, not a fake team you had to invent.
Master calendar that's complete
Every event owned by a club team appears on the club calendar, wherever the coach said it was being played.
Everything each team already gets
Schedule, attendance, chat, roster, reminders and calendar feeds are live today on every team in the club. See the detail.
Included, not quoted
Three things other products sell you separately.
TeamSnap prices its Auto-Scheduler, background checks and public website as add-ons on top of the business subscription. All three sit inside our Club plan at $29 a month.
Auto-scheduling
Generate a fixture round from teams, grounds and availability, then fix by hand what the machine got wrong. Conflicts are flagged, not silently allowed.
Background check tracking
Record who has been checked and when it expires, with a reminder before it lapses. We track the status; the check itself is done by your provider.
A public club site
Fixtures, results and contact details on a page you can send to a parent who hasn't joined yet. Deliberately small — nothing to maintain.
Compared against TeamSnap's published documentation and pricing as of July 2026.
Getting started
How a club moves across.
01
Send us an export of your teams, rosters and contacts. CSV from whatever you use now is fine.
02
We load it, you check it, and we fix the parts we got wrong before a single parent is invited.
03
Start with two or three teams for a month. Roll out the rest at the season break, not mid-season.
